About the Role:

FirstLight Home Care of Naperville is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes. *** Immediate openings, 12 hour shifts, Monday through Sunday***

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors

Requirements:

Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, Monday through Sunday (flexible scheduling)
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for serving others
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

FirstLight hires Caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNAs, Care Coordinators, Companion Care and Personal Care Assistants who have a genuine desire to enrich the lives of others and help them have their best day, every day.
